New links to kRO and Sakray 1213

I'm not sure if anyone still wants to use version 1213, but i find it less of a hassle then
the other versions. I've notice a lot of people saying that the links to kRO and Sakray 1213
are all mostly dead now and days. So i've decided to upload this version in 2 parts so that
there is a avaliable link for those still looking for 1213. Also, instead of posting in every single
topic about this(which haven't been active for a while), i'll just post a new topic so its easier to find.

Its very simple to put the parts together. Simply extract them into the same folder and
I'm sure you'll know how to go from there. The setup is in korean, so if you can't read
it your going to have to take some wild guesses like i had to.

I'm currently using this version and have had no problems as far as i can remember from
start to finish. I didn't needed to update them or anything so far.If you find any problems
or would like to update me with some info on these clients feel free (since i'm not exactly
a professional with these types of things).

Any comments, concerns? Find any errors with the link? Then just inform me. But remember it
might not be the links it might be your computer! I'll try to get alternative links if

Are these the very latest ones? I thought 0616 were the latest...

Last i checked this is not the latest one, but it still works perfectly fine. I haven't had a problem with it and it seems to work with any of the servers that i've been on so far. I didn't need to update or anything. Sometimes the latest ones have lots of errors so i choose 1213...its not that old.
