Crash when looking at Blacksmith skill tree

I get this error when I goto Dubious Salesmanship skill at the bottom of the list. It shows as unknow skill and crashes the game

how old is your RO client?  When was you last patched?

I think the RMS Test Server Section have some topics about this problem (not any recently).
