My Ragnarok Online Client Crashes Upon Startup

Here's my Problem...
I just finished formatting/reformatting this computer and copied Ragnarok Folder...
My Ragnarok Client/Folder is copied from another computer in my network (The Ragnarok Client in that computer actually works great)...
and when I try to run the Ragnarok Client, any Client, be it the official server or a private server, the game crashes/closes on me before i see anything opened without any Warning/Error/Gravity Error pop-up... I have patched both Ragnarok and Ragnarok Renewal... I'm Running on Windows XP Professional, Graphics Driver installed, Firewall Turned Off...

Specs are:
AMD Duron 1.35GHz
1.00GB of RAM
128MB Graphics Card (NVIDIA GeForce FX 5200)

Did you just copy paste the whole RO folder or did you copy the installer and installed it to your computer??
