JapanRO Help Data3.cab

I tried downloading the client from the official JAPANESE RAGNAROK site.. (i'm trying to play on a japanese private server) and while installing the jRO client.. i came across an error involving the Data3.cab file. I'm assuming it's either corrupted or missing on my computer. I've tried redownloading and reinstalling several times.. no luck. Anybody know how to fix? or what's wrong?

i too think it is corrupted data ... .cab should be the thing it is trying to extract when you run the exe

thanks. you were right. FLASHGET = BAD.
i just used the regular download client to download jRO.. worked like a charm.
