how can i join the private server

i am vietnamese, i don't good in english so please forgive me. my question is how can i join the private server of ragnarok. i have search on google and i think i must register first. But then they require me to have a site URL, what i the site URL, site banner. And if i have finish my register where can i start download the ragnarok online that have a private server

Download their client, and all additional files their site tells you to download.

You need to go to ratemyserver.net and look on the left tabs, on What Ro and what rates you want to play, Everything else there is self explanatory and if im not wrong, Doesn't google chrome support translating a certain page to vietnamese? You should try that.
