Okay, so I haven't set up my hotkeys yet. Which means I still need the 2nd job/trans skill window to complete my hotkey bar. However, there is this one problem. I can't access the 2nd job/trans skill window. The only skill windows I can access are the 3rd job and 1st job ones. Did anyone ever encounter this problem before? Also, here's a screenie of the bug.

That looks ultra weird, try clicking the round circle (-) beside the (+) at the top right of the skill box. That might bring up the skill tree window but the tab might be the same.
I suggest you ask your server Rare RO.
Or, you could have corrupted files yourself. RareRO should have tested their Luas/Lubs before sending out a GRF is that's giving players their Skill Tree like that. But, I'm pretty sure it's your fault. I suggest removing that entire folder, remaking, and redownloading everything and test it out again.
