Sound problems

Well I think I know the problem, and I'm hoping someone has a easy solution. I haven't been able to hear any BGMs in a few servers, probably due to the sakray I downloaded. I have all the BGMs, my setup is set to play the music, but for some reason no matter which server I try it simply will not play. I like RO BGM, so please help me out lol.

The most common solution that I've found to work for the majority of the players who can hear sound effect, but not BGM, or can hear BGM but not sound effect is to go to the setup.exe and change the sound setting from 3D to 2D or vice versa.
