Help! Difficulty Level 8 :(

Let me start by saying hello, I'm Catcher and I'm new here to this community but I'm not new to Ragnarok Online. I used to play years ago on Ethereal Revenge RO on my Windows Desktop, I have a Windows 8 Laptop now.  I just don't remember it being this hard to install and run RO! 

I have installed RO and a new server (FableRO) http://ratemyserver.net/index.php?page=detailedlistserver&serid=17158&itv=6&url_sname=FableRO  and followed the instructions putting them in one folder.  I ran both rsu-kro-rag-lite.exe and rsu-kro-renewal-lite.exe and everything was fine until I tried to run the Fable server, it looked like it was about to start up but then it did this

Sigh.. I have looked for solutions, I found this http://forum.ratemyserver.net/ro-client-support/problems-with-the-size-of-the-window/ and I tried using Setup and that didn't work either. My mouse gets stuck in this tiny window and I have to press backspace or enter to get out of it. Why is this happening? I don't understand what the other stuff  is telling me to do, and I feel like just because I don't know how to use these things now makes me unable to play this game. I used to play back then so easily.

I was wondering if somebody help as in actually showing me on Team Viewer? I can't see myself learning this any other way. All these files confuse me sometimes, and now there's new things to worry about by having Windows 8. I am very sorry for sounding like a noob, I just really want to get back in this game. If anyone can help me I swear I will hold a special place for you in my heart!!!

You've to do it the regedit way or find a gui/exe that makes it for you.
