kRO & Renewal not patching

i dont know if this problem was posted before and im sorry for reposting it again (if it was) but im just really desperate for help this is the first time this happened so please excuse my ignorance ..my renewal and kRO are not patching. it only shows a lot of '' i tried running it a couple of times already..can someone help me please..
