That can be a s*** load of problems lol The list for that is huuuuuuuuuuuge since it's a bit of a generic error.

Can be something as bad as memory ram problems where you've to buy new one for your pc, a simple conflict of 2 programs or even a simple missing of a dll at your RO lol

My guess would be to try to reinstall RO. It failed? Try to disable anti-virus for a sec to see if the problem still happens, it could be blocking the load of some dll. Failed too? Show here a pic of what you've running at your pc ;O[yeah, task manager with all the stuff running].
