I need a Setup.exe file

I get the whole "Go to the control Panel to configure..." thing and I looked it up apparently i need to open and save new settings and it'll registry set up for me and fix it... but the problem is I don't have it and i got the files from RMS downloads. i would install Ragray and go from there but the site is down.

The setup.exe is included in the dll package.  If you forgot that whole package you are missing quite a few files.  Just go back to the download page to get it.
