I just download stuff and stuff, And this stuff always happens to me when I tried to download a ragnarok server.
Never bothered to get help.
Well, Whenever I try and start the game a window pops up that says "The procedure entry point _AIL_release_3D_Sample_handle@4 could not be located int he dynamic link library mss32.dll."
Looks like you might have missed a package?

I never set up ragnarok myself, my brother usually did it for me.

I suspect you didn't extract the dll or didn't extract it completely. You are at least missing some folders such as the AI and skin folders plus other files.
Extract the content of ro07272011_dll.rar (you have that file right after part 7 no need to download) into the folder replace anything on the way. Then reinstall/extract the client of the server you are trying to play.
