Crazy screen bug/error?

Ok, so... A few of my players have been getting some strange graphical errors with their clients. I have no idea how to solve the problem (Scary huh? Even I don't know what the issue is) and was wondering if any of you could tell me what's up.

Anyways, the issue is as follows:

Problem: Textures all turn to white. (After using a skill or having a skill used on you)
Problem: Screen get's all messed up. (After warping/going through a portal)

I can already tell in problem 2, that the skin is what's getting messed up but no idea what would cause that. As for problem 1, I have no idea.

So, any ideas? :p Because these are the craziest errors I ever saw. And no I DON'T use renewal client so don't even start with that.

I used to get that crap all the time. It has something to do with your graphics card being poopy. Restart RO/your compy and it'll fix. Or get a new comp. ;]

As for the second one, I used to get that when I'd take screen shots. As in, that's what the screenies would look like, not the game itself. I dunno about that one though. /shrugs

Problem 1 can be fixed with /lightmap. At least, it worked for me everytime it did that.
