Well since the website hasn't been updated for it's 1017 links I'll make a convenient setup here so it's almost copy & paste for when the admins get around to it.

Korean Ragnarok Online clients, Sakray and Ragnarok, include all patches up to October 17th, 2007.

You need it if you cannot patch your sakray and/or Ragnarok.  Otherwise you will crash in private server because of missing sprite and what not...
