Ive been reading different forums for this solutions. I even viewed the one on RMS. still I cant make ReloadedRO work. I maybe just stupid for not understanding the instruction, but please will someone clarify this to me? here is my error.

people of the forum of the server didn't helped you? The rule of thumb is ask at the forum of the server you're playing for help related to the client.

Notes about this issue by what you're saying[ignoring the pic, 2 lazy 2 check as usual lol]:
- Your folder url[dunno the name for this in english trolololol] suggests that you're with the lite patch not in the same folder as kro
- Using ragray? last patchs don't work with it[actually it still works for me as weird as it may look, dunno why lol but for many many people it doesn't], you need rsu patchers to get the last ones from kro
- Using lite patcher? The server doesn't have a full client? some lite clients have problems with non-kro clean installs
- You gave admin rights to it? I got some problems in some servers where the client needed it
- Have you patched first before get into game?[don't forget that most of the patchs ask for admin rights]

I dont have Kro. only RSU. i downloaded the file in RMS download area. all 12 files. BTW there is the Gravity/ro/RO in my folder url. i cant see ur problem with that.

Like i said earlier, i downloaded and extracted the files on RMS. will you tell me what is the problem in those files?

the reloaded RO has only patcher and setup(as downloaded on its website)

Yes. I have patched rsu lite and rsu renewal. there is a failure to patch the 11-04-11 files i think. (not 100% sure on this but it is close to that)

Thank you for your help sir. I tried to locate the server forum page but i think i cant find it so i post it in the "support" tab. i just want to play when i arrive home at 7 hours from now.

If you're getting failure to patch, then that's your problem. You're missing whatever sprites that are erroring you that kRO gives you.

Are running off of Vista/7?

Like Triper said, it is best to ask the server you are trying to play on.  Because sometimes these are server specific issues and we can only provide you the general solution from on common knowledge.

Based from the screenshot of the RO folder, I can't see your data.grf.  That is a very big problem since that is the main thing you need.  Why are the ro01052011_data.grf part 1-7 sitting there?  Did you forget to extract them?  If you do extract them then try running the rsu kro patcher to patch it after (assuming you already patched the rdata.grf with the rsu renewal patcher).

I hope you didn't download the 01052011 recently, there's a newer 07272011 version so no reason to get something almost a year old by now. 

You might be able to play with the 0105 if the server is not too advanced or they provide the newer stuff in their own grf.  Eventually you will need to get the latest pack to avoid future error/crash, right now we are told the old patches before 07-27-2011 are all gone, meaning you probably can't get any patch to update your 01052011 client.

@yC - is the data.grf the same as rdata.grf? it is below the ragarokReplay.

I would like to confirm where to download the latest files? I downloaded the 12 zip files on RMS official site. provided by rapid share (RapidShare file folder for all 10 files + Patcher Links

No, rdata.grf only has the renewal content, it is around 250mb~.  The data.grf has everything else and it is over 1gb. 

Looking closer now I see your problem.  You must have scrolled to the second table when you get your part 4-7 for the data.grf 7 parts rar.

You see you have:

ro07272011.dta.grf.part1
ro07272011.dta.grf.part2
ro07272011.dta.grf.part3

and then

ro01052011.dta.grf.part4
ro01052011.dta.grf.part5
ro01052011.dta.grf.part6
ro01052011.dta.grf.part7

Since they extract to two different version of the data.grf, they can't mix and you must have gotten an error while extracting the data.grf.  You should re-download part 4 to 7 for 07272011 then you will have the correct data.grf.

Also your dll package is for 01052011 too.  Get the one dll pack dated 07272011. 

Remove these 01052011 .rars from the folder.

Now, from this trend it is very possible that your other files could be from the 01052011 version as well.  If you still have the download record for rdata.grf and BGM pack you should check if the link url matches those on the 07272011 or the previous ones.   The rdata.grf isn't that big and it's important to get the latest.  BGM is up to you.

If you still have issues with patching after getting the correct files, I would recommend moving your RO folder from the C:\ to somewhere like your Documents folder.

After a fresh installation of the new files, I still couldn't get it to work. I figured out it was because, regardless of the fact that I was running the program as the administrator, the C:\ areas on Vista/7 have such a high security block, it's become virtually impossible to successfully run a program like Ragnarok with no issues. Once I moved it to my Documents, I had no issues.
