Can't get past options screen

When I tried opening my server's patcher and pressing the "start game" button after it patches, since it's a new install, it should go to the setup.exe screen where I have to adjust my settings. Well, it won't let me get past that screen, and apparently, I can't open my server's client at all. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

Edit: I'm uninstalling and re-installing my Ragray right now. Hopefully, it'll work. I read a post about it being a registry issue, so I checked my regedit and found some registries from a server I tried before. I'll see if a fresh install will fix it, if not, I'll rely on this community's wisdom.

Oh, and before that happened, I got that "Go to control panel to install and configure system components" kind of error, and when I press OK, it just opens itself again. I got it to stop by ending the .exe process of my server and then clicking OK.
