Blocking a certain server via ADSL modem?

Hello there,

My younger brother and half of his friends usually come to our place here only to play on the free AnimaRO server.  It was fine when they started playing but now they are addicted to the game creating dozen of new characters every week and I am just getting sick of seeing them in front of one PC screen for a straight 5 hours !

I've entered animaro site on the block list in Parental Control in the ADSL modem but it the game app is still functioning .. Is there a way to ban this server?  I have searched for the real address they are connecting to but could not find it so if you know it please tell me.

if you don't even play RO, you could try blocking the port (in and out) that is used by their login server usually 6900 but you have to check their sclientinfo to make sure. 

Or even better, make your own account there and try to get yourself an IP ban in game lol.

No, you should be thankful they aren't on drugs and are addicted to something better.
