No, those are not for human to read. If you don't get that often just forget fixing it.
If that is your server, we will point you to http://forum.ratemyserver.net/client-side-support/we-do-not-provide-support-on-how-to-make-a-server (http://forum.ratemyserver.net/client-side-support/we-do-not-provide-support-on-how-to-make-a-server)!/ because you need to "do the right thing" to your client exe in order for it to work and we don't provide support for that here.
Otherwise, you should tell us when you got your RO client, if you have ran the rsu patchers and patched up to 2012-02-10. Plus a screenshot showing the content of your ro folder.
Im not asking for support in making a server . lol im just asking if anyone have idea about the error . Maybe my client got some problem . I was just hoping someone can determined the cause of the crash.
I got updated sakray and files . And the crash is not about the gears . We just get that sometimes during WOE.
There are many causes for the client to crash, the exe is not perfect. That's why I suggest you not to try fixing if you do not get this often.
It could be some combination of skills and their effects that cause the client to crash. Things such as bugs in the exe / un-handled cases, bad hexing, something to do with your computer / graphic card etc. We can't tell from the hex code you posted since we do not have the src code of the exe.
Actually those are errors to the human read, someone with formation in advanced informatics or not so basic knowledge about the stuff.
All those jiba jaba errors show the place and what happens in each part and what gives the error but really few people can understand that ):[I don't understand it too sadly]
>>click here for more info about that<< (http://nn.nachtwolke.com/dev/ref/roe/)
==edit==
After trying to understand this a bit[I had nothing to do at the moment >_>], it seems someone is using wpe/speedgear/whatever to spam arrow shower non-stop[or spamming so fast that the server can't handle] in your server because according to that bug report it shows that someone on a WS got arrow shower and got that error.
Exception Type: 0xc0000005 => client attempted to read from, write to or execute an invalid memory position aka something isn't working as supposed I guess

002F = 47 in hex = arrow shower
You can try and check this but don't trust on it at 100% since I was just curious on this and decided to try to understand it .-.
