It's your pet, if you have a pet and relog your character messes up. This could be because of the @jump but I'm not sure.

I've tested it with 3 chars now, if they have a poring pet and I relog, I can't move them afterwards.

Ice Pick is what comes to my mind, but I don't think it's possible unless he has an overly unupdated client
