I don't know if you've noticed I may have misinterpret your post but this is about the RMS test. WoE is online 24/7 for testing builds and whatnot. But WoE SE is not 24/7 because of:

ok i just changed it on the new ip, so to get ppl to move to the new ip when it's released i wont be changing it on the current server it will last less than a month anyway. just want for the new ip annoucement k.
