why i cannot attack other player

i already type @killable,/nc and /ns

The other player must have @killable on to do it, if you attack and don't do any damage, the player might be using GTB/Quad Thara

@killable only makes you killable, meaning others can attack you but if they haven't used @killable you can't attack them

basically what im trying to say is what litex said, you can't attack someone unless they are using @killable
