WHY DOES THIS HAVE TO BE SO CONFUSING...

I'm trying to download the RMS Test Server folder that Zone provided on a different computer, and everytime I get to around 2%, I get this message:

RMS Test Server has not been totally installed because of the following reason:

Cannot create the following file:
C:\Program Files\Gravity\RO\RMS Test Server\Data\Sprite\4 chinese characters\1 chinese character\4 chinese characters?$$A

You will have to run this utility again to completely install RMS Test Server.

You don't need the folder he provides.  All you need is a functional Sakray, the client we provide and a correctly placed sclientinfo.xml (inside data).

The installer is no longer supported, I took it down because it was out of date and I no longer have the RO files to make an updated version.
Riotblade is correct however.
The installer has worked for many, so that must have either been when I was deleting the installer you downloaded it, or you had a bad download.

Yourname_M or Yourname_F

whereas m is male f is female

enter a password.. and next time login without _F or _M

[Zone]

There is a new one out now, like Riotblade said though, you don't need it, it was made for those who aren't able to make those simple changes.
But they may not work for everyone.
