No, the point of this server is to have it self managed. Every player who joins the server should already know full well of the risks involved.
Or you could just remove the test server since you clearly don't care about it. Any true admin would have banned him by now

how do you expect players to manage the server themselves? 1. thats the admins job 2. they have no jail or ban commands so they can't do much 3. if i were you I'd ban him by now
It's clearly stated in the information page that this server is unmanaged. If you don't feel like logging in, we're not preventing you from doing so.
To ban this Kiga fellow, we'd need to log in and do so. Since this isn't a real server, we'll just be wasting time doing something that will not work for a couple reasons.
1. IP bans arent a solution. He can just bypass it by changing his IP either through proxy or some other means.
2. He is not the only one.
P.S, as I've stated before, this server is unmanaged and you log in at your own risk. It's also stated there there are no GM's or administration of that test server. Therefore, the "admin" you speak of does not exist.
