Twilight alchemyII doesn't work?

Well I was going to try to get on the alch rankings to test potions healing rate and since the top 10 are in the millions I was gonna use twilight alchemyII to get up there quickly. Unfortunantly the skill doesn't seem to work even with all the required materials. Was it turned off for any particular reason or is this a bug?

Did you remember to put a super novice in your party aswell?  You'll need one in your party in order for this skill to work.

And be sure to make a new party before doing so. eAthena tends to screw up when you use the same party as you used earlier.
