I download the client from this link http://rapidshare.com/files/124872735/_06-25-2008__play.rms.client_.rar.html.  I think it is the new one??. or my sclientinfo is wrong?

Our client DOESNT read data.ini

when i log in my char, it said the server connection is closed.  It is closed, isnt it?

The biggest probability is that the Map Server is down.  If that's not the case, then the second probability would be that the client isn't reading from the correct sclientinfo.  Have you ever played on another server that read the sclientinfo off of the data folder?  Try clearing out data and recreating the file.
