Well, I checked the Introduction page, the FAQ, the test server rules in RMS page and the forum itself, but I couldn't find if changing the test server game mechanics is out of question. So, here I am.
By checking things like max job level, base level and stats you can see the test server is made to support builds ranging from low to super high rates servers. The thing is that most of the high rate servers I play (and some of yours probably too) use 195 as maximum ASPD, instead of 190 and that 5 points make a huge difference. The result: build testing becomes a lot innacurate. So, my suggestion is (if changes to the mechanics are possible) putting 195 as maximum ASPD.

Also, I saw some customs like the Ahura Mazda in the server. So, another suggestion is making some (3) customs headgears with higher number of slots. That's something very common in high rates too and helps testing things like the effect of multiple Kiels.

Well actually Ahura Mazda is not "custom", it's an official gear, just not available to players.
heRO is a great friendly, sociable yet WoE active, unique and fun server of 5/5/3 rates with 400+ players, give it a try!

Oh, I see...

Anyway, I think it would really help testing for above high rate servers so, if it isn't something difficult to do, I keep that suggestion.

i think at the beginning we have max aspd at 199, and then i started to see ppl went crazy ... so i changed it to 190.

I'll see if 195 is doable.

For items, we just provide whatever that is in the item database by default and we will not provide custom.  There is this @item2 command that will make 4 slots items i heard but then i also heard the created item is always broken beyond repair making it useless.

The thing about the "@item2" command is that if you put 4 cards in a 3 slots equipment, for example, only the first 3 will work, so, no changes despite the "quadruple" in the item name. And the broken problem happens probably because the in-game command help wrongly substitutes the <broken_flag> for <attribut>. If you put anything besides a "0" there, the weapon will be broken.

Anyway, just the ASPD change will be of great help, thanks. Also, thanks for the test server itself, it's a wonderful testing tool.
