Server is currently down and will be down for some fixing until we think it's ready.

Use this link's exe to connect to the test server and there could be a surprise if you did it right.  Replace your data folder and files with the content in the pack.  Forget about the old client, it can't connect to the test server anymore.  This is a renewal based client, you are expected to have data.grf and rdata.grf.  No

Yea I kind of know.  But is waiting for Riot to update the server to the latest since the last time I tried it blew up.

There was a network outage earlier, that shouldn't crash the servers but will make you cannot connect.  The third job server was crashed by who-know-what and rebooted.
