i got a few questions.
1) does anyone have a sclientinfo.xml that they can send to me in a .ZIP or .winrar file. (doing it myself results in nothing)
2) does it work if i use the Offical Sakray Client.
3)Am i able to use the offical sakray patcher?

1) Open up a notepad or wordpad, copy the block of text in http://play.ratemyserver.net/ragnarok/connect.php (read which block you need depend if you have a data folder or not ...) and save it as sclientinfo.xml then put it in your data folder.  If you are not willing to do that, I don't think anyone can help you.

2) Official Korean RO Sakray yes, with the DLL package here: http://file.ratemyserver.net/rofiles.exe

3) You just have to patch your Sakray in #2 to update.  So I think yes.

When i run sakray.exe a message comes up with nothing on it. its all blank. and then the client closes. what do i do? Also Does it Supposed To Show The Server Select Before The Login Window? Cuz I Have The Log In Window First. But When I Try To Log In It Doesn't Work. I have sclientinfo.xml And Its A XML File But Idk What To Do.

Sakray.exe is the patch client.  Showing up as all blank isn't normal.  I dont fully understand the extent of your problem.

When I Use My .exe a little box comes up. box title says ERROR and the message is nothing.
