running simultaneously multiple accounts

For few things i'd like to test, I need more than one character online.
Is it possible to run client multiple times? If yes, can you please tell me how?
I'm using 2007-04-16a_Sakexe_v10.exe downloaded via link on RMS page.
When I try to run it again, while another instance is already running, it doesn't
start in second window. Thanks.

When I try to run exe downloaded from that page, it doesn't start at all.
In only shows Error window with no text and OK button. When I run it with
parameter -1sak1 or -1rag1 (which was in readme file), there's text in Error
window "No ClientInfo File" and than another Error window unreadable text.

You're supposed to DIFF it before running it.  Download the package and read the instructions.
