It shouldn't be,

have you tried @go or @job to test? it could just be @commands that doesn't work.

Don't know why, maybe that page is too popular and the host blocked it?

Anyway, copied the file over to cmd2.php http://play.ratemyserver.net/ragnarok/cmd2.php and changed the link on the navigation bar.
