recent command problem

Hi ive noticed a recent command problem with @heal....does nothing any more on RMS test server.
This is recently before the new client and AFTER the new client which i got running.

i know, i announced it twice about it in-game.

It's not we disabled it, it just suddenly stopped working for no reason.

Just use ygg berry (@item 607) until some miracle happen to fix it ... because definitely we provide no bug fix on the test server.
