Strange, very strange indeed... Try re-downloading it and installing it in a new, clean folder.
Gonna try that right now boss man, I'll let you know how it goes.

I'm still getting the same thing. I followed everything you said but I'll post the process.
1) Made a new folder, installed the RMS test server (Zone's installer), and proceeded to patch sakray using Valhalla client.
2) Tried logging on but game protect had to update, even though I used RMS client.
3)After updating I opened it again and got the same blank buttons and such. And yes I have the sdata.grf.
I believe it might be the client due to I can see the buttons with DestinaRO client, but I cannot login due to failed to connect to server.
All of the above is in a new folder called Ragtest.

Update! I got the test server to work by changing the Sclientinfo lang line! I used -1 instead of 0 and it came out to the old font Rag used to use. Simple but it worked!
