Im i doing this right?

ok so i download this clinet the one you have on step 2 on the how to connect section and i place it on the my RO folder (wich by the way is empty) and i make another folder called data and put the client info in it...i guess my only question is how do i run my client exe.? do i click on the one i downloaded? nothing happens....lemme know if im doing this right

Make a new file called data.ini where your client is located.
