Try patching RO and RO RE. Should fix your problem if you aren't fully updated.

try delete or rename your data folder and try to reinstall the RMS Test server

[scrollLock]

also check if there are any other private servers in the kro folder you are using.

for easy installation:

1. download the latest kro + RE
2. patch/update them both and make a backup copy of this patched folder for future use (or for other p. servers)
3. download and extract the RMS Test Server files into that folder.
4. Play!
