I cant connect

well i have been trying for a long time i got the xml and the translator but it still fails to connect.Can some1 help me please?

what's in your data folder?
what's your data.ini content look like?
what's your sclientinfo.xml look like?

well i think i found out the rpob
when i dl my kro and sak its not patching i just get a pop up with 2 ?? then it doesnt patch now i connect to any server
