Yeah, and if you want to put 4 items/cards in something, it'll only work if it really has 4 slots.
So if you put 4 Valkyrie randgris cards in a blade[3] then only 3 out of 4 valk rand cards will work.

Metafalica already gave you an item which removes aftercast delay

@item2 2607 1 1 -156 0 1636 0 0 0 0, which is a +100 Thorn staff of Darkness in a clip (reduce aftercast per refine).

People will most likely have 100% demi human reduction.., trying to hit them is futile, you might as well spam tarot/abradeath or not bother at all.
