Help with Launcher

After downloading all the parts of (07-27-2011) kRO Client
then installing a server...
when I run the launcher..

it only shows a very small window and it's not responding :(
HELP PLEASE!! :(  :( :(

I've tried diff servers but it's still the problem.

Well, if this is the first time you lauch, it probably Setup setting, should you just hover your cursor, see if you can expand it, or just press enter.
