Why I encountered this problem?

When i log in my account i already move at my char page and then when i'm making my char already and then i open my char. . . It says Failed to Connect to Server!

As you can see the RMS Test Server is up right?? there are 15 chars online!

I try to make my char. . .


Then when I click ok button.......

I encountered this. . . T_T

Help me please?

Are you using our recommended client?  Some client might not be able to connect to our server.  Other than that, it could be your internet connection that went dead while trying to connect.  Try again later if that's the case.
