Gravity Error on Launch. What could it be?

I haven't played here in about a year, so I deleted all of my old RO stuff and reinstalled with:

kRO Ragnarok 09-23-2009 Client
kRO Ragnarok Renewal 09-23-2009 Client

Found in the download section. Of course, there was no sdata.grf, so my client wouldn't work, which I found out a few days ago.

So I went back to the download page, used Sakray 03-25-2009 in 2 Parts, tried updating Sakray. Apparently, it didn't want to patch, so I went into patch_allow.txt, changed it to "allow", and made it read-only. After it was fully patched, I now had sdata.grf, rdata.grf, and data.grf. I also made a DATA.ini file, which I was missing. It reads:

So I've tried playing on your test server, I downloaded your "new" client, updated my sclientinfo.xml and even double-checked the contents.
My game simply crashes on start with a gravity error.

I'm sure I downloaded everything and have it all setup, yet I can't figure out what's wrong. Any ideas?
(Note: I've tried changing my data.grf to sdata.grf with no success, even after patching Sakray)

Apparently in C:\Program Files\Gravity\RO\skin there is a file that caused the error.

It is named:

ｽｺﾅｲﾁｦﾀﾛｸﾅｴｺｾ・txt

I wish I knew what it does, but it can't be helped. If anyone else is experiencing this problem, try removing that file.
