Just wondering, I play two servers which have a lower ping than the RMS server, but spamming AD/SPP on a creator I noticed it's like I have a huge delay even with 190 aspd. Apparently the delay is 0.1 seconds on those servers but I can spam about five times faster on this server, which is wierd. I have no problem spamming skills which fail (just the cast bar, ping doesn't affect it much).
