Failed to connect to server

I installed the client package in my Kro / sakray and start the game with the Kro.exe
Then i can choose the RMS test Server and i am able to log in and create characters.
but when i choose one to get ingame there comes (after 10 sec waiting) the massage Failed to connect to server.
I disabled my firewall, but there is still the same problem...
Help me please.

server is up and running.  Did you started the game with kro.exe? why not 2008-01-02a.exe?

i runn it with the kro.exe because with the rms exe i always get gravity error...
