Failed to connect to server?

Ive been on the TS before, and recently decided to tinker with testings I wanted to try. However, Its not letting me. Here is what I have in the folder, and I have the scliento.info intact in the data folder as well.

I can't see a problem in your setup.  The only thing that might be relevant is make sure the sclientinfo has the recent IP of the test server.  Over the years we switched few hosts but haven't been for the last 6 months as far as i can remember.  Depend when you lasted played on it.
