Error can't start

The error says: This application has failed to start because ijl15.dll was not found. Re-installing may fix this problem.

I re-installed it but it still says that.

You didnt download the sakray runtime files.  You can find it on the download page.

Where all the files are located?  That file is essential RO runtime and there's no reason why it won't start if you have those files.

it is located in C:\Program Files\RO... the files are all there and yea

Then check if you have ijl15?  I'm pretty sure you can spend 15 minutes figuring this out yourself.

There I checked all the files and it says error: LoadMapInfoTable Failed when i start wth is that?

Last last day it was working but now nope i dunno why
