Everyone once in a while you get the deprived user who feels that they need to use a 3rd party program to drop items... Or people are just dropping items like crazy... either or..  :P
Anyways, with my knowledge of the command, I would like to suggest @cleanmap.

Move to another map.., really.. if somebody drops items like crazy just move or wait a few minutes so they disappear.

@cleanmap is not needed, imo.

Or edit it inside your SRC folder, make it 5seconds delay per drop items.
