put 3 stats on 9 and the rest on 1.. then try again.

put all stats as 5 when u make novice

Or just make default novice meaning don't change the hairstyle, stats or anything.

Sometimes Character Creation is denied when you create a character on a wrong slot, It happens on mine so im not sure if it does on anyone else
