Cant get on server

Well, my sclientinfo.xml looks like this

     <display>RMS Test Server</display>
     <desc>http://play.ratemyserver.net</desc>

     <registrationweb></registrationweb>
  </connection>
</clientinfo>

But when I open one of my regular servers, the RMS Test Server doesnt show up, instead its my normal server name.

And when I try the RMS client, I get some errors but then the login screen comes up. But it won't let me register on it or anything.

Any advice?

Are you sure you're running the correct client?

Well I run 2007-10-09a_Sakexe_v10
And when I try to log in it says NO MSG
