Can somebody please help i am unable to log in.

When i click on "RMS 08-23-2010" for the time being screen come and disappears.

Kindly see the below screen shot the Ragray is completely updated.

All the dated .rgz tells me you haven't complete the patching process.  If your client stopped patching you will need to get a new client (use our download section, get the 2011 RO folder).

Other than that, did you get the RMS package's data folder and put it in your RO folder?  you should have a data/clientinfo.xml and in the xml you should see information and IP of the RMS test server.
