Can't patch sakray

I've downloaded the sakray file (SAK_SETUP0305), but I can't patch it because it gives me an error at the beggining, saying it cannot connect the ftp server. The same happens when I try to patch with Sakup.exe.

This is basically not letting me play on RMS test server because like I read on almost every single topic here you have to have your sakary updated.
I would really apreciate if someone could help me out on this.

then download sakray 0616 at the download section on the main site ...
