Can't open RMS 08-23-2010.exe

Hello, I am having problems opening the RMS test server.exe. I have downloaded all 12 files from RMS and updated both the rsu-kro-rag-lite and rsu-kro-renewal-lite and then I extracted the RMS 08-23-2010 to the correct directory. Whenever I open the RMS test server, it opens up a tiny tiny window and then it says the program is not responding. I have tried changing my resolution using the setup file but it still does the same thing. Thank you for your time.

That's an error from Windows, seems you crashed before the exe is able to launch and could be due to many causes.

Do you have any idea what could be causing this?

What's your Windows version?

Do you have the data folder inside your RO folder?  Do you have the content of the data folder we recommended (clientinfo.xml at the very least).

I have Windows XP Professional SP3. Also, here are two screenshots of the RO folder and Data folder because I'm not too sure which folder you want to look at. Sorry for the late reply and thanks.

The folders look alright.  I don't see major stuff missing.  It must be Windows but XP SP3 isn't anything extra-ordinary, the game works on it.

So I am guessing there isn't much I can do except reformat my computer? Thanks for the info and help =)

I don't know.  What do people do when they get the Application Stopped Responding message?  It really isn't helpful to solve the issue from Windows .  I'd think reformat is the last think you want to do.
