Can't get charge arrow and bless/agi myself

Hey guys,

I made an account to test my Sniper's potential DS on a kasa and while I love the test server I can't get charge arrow or agi/bless myself (I really want to see that 7K DS just so that I know it's possible).
Oh and is it possible to prevent monsters from spamming ON you when you bloody branch them? Because someone was crazy enough to spam satan morroc on me so yeah got not chance but a kasa spamming on you isn't nice either so I wondered if you could use a command to put the monster a little farther away.

I figured out a way to get bless scrolls by myself but was still unable to get agi up so thank you very much.
I'll also have to try those sunglasses sometimes, they sound very sweet.
